The restaurant welcomes you every day for lunch and dinner except Saturday lunch, for your family lunches, dinners with friends or business meals.

Completely renovated in August 2019, the restaurant welcomes you in an elegant setting, combining history (former Louis XIV’s pheasant factory) and modernity, with a strong emphasis on the use of materials and colours.

The restaurant l’Ermitage is an ideal place to organize your family events, weddings and seminars.

An inspired chef

Chef Romain Parisot joined the Ermitage last February. After 15 years of experience, he aims to share and create dishes made with his team with fresh and seasonal products.

Romain is filled with imagination and creativity to surprise our customers with a menu rich in flavours, made from fresh products, playing with the influence of its location in the heart of the forest.

Its varied cuisine is adaptable to all your desires of the moment: lobster with strawberries and fennel, burgers or detox cuisine, traditional dishes at the BBQ….

The 2 Ermitage bars, located at the hotel reception desk and near the restaurant, welcome you for a friendly moment with family, friends or colleagues.

The reception bar is open every day, 24 hours a day (no more alcohol sold after midnight).

The Ermitage bar is open every day from 6:30am to midnight. You can enjoy your drink at the bar or on the terrace.

Like home

The 2 alcoves of the restaurant can be privatized. Each of them can accommodate 20 people and offer privileged and intimate spaces for your meals with family, friends or colleagues.
