An inspired chef
Our head chef Sekou SYLLA joined L'Ermitage a few weeks ago and draws on his years of experience and taste for raw produce to share and create dishes inspired by nature with his brigade.
Sekou has no shortage of imagination and creativity when it comes to surprising you with a menu packed with flavours, made from fresh produce that blends seamlessly with our location in the heart of the Meudonnaise forest.
The restaurant
Our restaurant in Meudon-la-Forêt welcomes you to an elegant setting, combining history (the former pheasantry of Louis XIV) and modernity, with a play on materials and colours. L'Ermitage is the ideal venue for family events, weddings and seminars.
L'Ermitage is open Monday to Friday lunchtime from 12pm to 2pm & Monday to Thursday evening from 7pm to 10pm.
On Sundays from 11.30am to 3pm, discover our brunch offer: THE WILD BRUNCH.
We offer room service from Monday to Thursday from 7pm to 11pm.
Private tours are available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings by prior arrangement.

Welcome to our bar, where the new seasonal menu has just been unveiled! We're delighted to offer you a wide choice of spirits from all over the world. Whether you're a fan of Scottish whiskies, Caribbean rums, English gin or Mexican tequilas, you're bound to find something to suit your tastes.
The 2 Ermitage bars, located at the hotel reception and near the restaurant, welcome you for a convivial moment with family, friends or colleagues.
The reception bar is open every day, 24 hours a day (no alcohol sales after midnight). And to make your visit even more enjoyable, take advantage of our happy hour from Tuesday to Saturday, from 7pm to 8pm.
The Ermitage bar is open from Monday to Thursday, from 7pm to midnight. You can enjoy your drink at the bar or on the terrace.
The restaurant's 2 alcoves can be made private. Each can seat 20 people, providing a privileged and intimate space for your meals with family, friends or colleagues.
